This cocktail which shares its name with probably the best mixology bar in San Jose. Its a great cocktail for those who don’t like their cocktail so sweet like a margarita but not so strong like an old fashion. It carries my two favorite Italian liqueurs Amaro and Aperol (I tend to stay away form Campari). This is a perfect in between cocktail that works great after dinner.
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz Amaro
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
